A woman’s advice on how to get revenge on an ex-partner is helping thousands move on from past relationships
‘I’ve had three friends come out of relationships in the past two weeks, and this advice is really keeping them going,’ she said.
Alex revealed that ‘the best revenge is no response’ and to refrain from contacting them in any way.
‘If you’re blowing up his phone all day, you’ll push him further away,’ she said. ‘You’ll get labelled the ‘psychotic, crazy, jealous’ ex.’
‘But if you don’t message him, mute him on social media so that you don’t see his posts and stories – that’s a sure-fire way of getting a response.’
